Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
