Northwind Corner Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
