Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Iron Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Tucson. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
