Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
