Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Ivory Health Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
