Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 536 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
