Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Portland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
