Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Meridian Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 913 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
