Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Lumen Iron Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 943 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
