Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Honolulu with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
