Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Quill Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Omaha serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
