Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
