Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind West Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
