Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Memphis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
