Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Boston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
