Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
