Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Oak Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
