Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Lumen Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
