Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Bright Medical is a Providence company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 830 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
