Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
