Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Linden Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
