Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Corner Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
