Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Forge Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Hartford with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
