Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Juniper Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
