Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in San Jose working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
