Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Quill Care Services supports families and individuals in St. Louis with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
