Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Fernwood Ivory Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
