Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Telecom Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
