Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Oak Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
