Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Union Inspection Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 915 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
