Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Fort Worth region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
