Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Pine Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
