Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Madison plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
