Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in New Orleans producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
