Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
