Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Meadow Financial serves customers across Honolulu with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
