Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
