Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Dallas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
