Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Basin Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 871 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
