Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cross Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
