Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Kestrel Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Sacramento, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
