Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Junction Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
