Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 422 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
