Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
