Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Union Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Anchorage focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
