Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 364 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
