Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Wren Health is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
