Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Charlotte, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
