Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Austin, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
