Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Juniper Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
